Project Overview
Rivlo (formerly Runnic) is a modern footwear brand offering stylish, comfortable shoes for everyday wear. The brand was evolving and needed a visual identity to reflect that shift — something cleaner, more contemporary, and more aligned with their audience’s sense of fashion and function.
The Vibe Bureau led a complete rebranding, from a fresh new logo to typography, color palette, packaging, and visual tone. The result is a brand that feels confident, minimal, and ready to walk into any market.
The Challenge
The original brand identity, “Runnic,” lacked distinctiveness and felt dated. Our challenge was to:
- Create a modern and iconic logo that could evolve with the brand
- Maintain simplicity while projecting trust and style
- Redesign packaging that delivers a premium unboxing experience
- Build a cohesive identity across print and digital touchpoints
Our Creative Approach
We began by renaming the brand from Runnic to Rivlo, a shorter, more memorable name that better reflects the brand's modern direction. From there, we designed a custom logomark combining mirrored R’s a subtle nod to motion, rhythm, and balance, key attributes of a great footwear brand. The accompanying wordmark uses a bold, rounded sans-serif typeface for clarity and confidence. For the color palette, we introduced a rich dark blue as the primary tone to evoke trust and dependability, supported by charcoal, soft gray, and crisp white to create a flexible, sophisticated system. We also selected Segoe UI as the brand’s typeface for its legibility and friendly tone a perfect fit for both product packaging and future UI applications. Finally, we extended the identity system across real-world applications, including shoeboxes, packaging tape, and branded tags ensuring a premium, unified look that elevates the customer’s first impression with every unboxing experience.

Results
Even as a rebranding concept, Rivlo’s new identity was designed with real business goals in mind:
- Stronger brand positioning in the lifestyle footwear market
- Clear and professional identity across all physical and digital assets
- Packaging that enhances brand perception and unboxing experience
- Unified design language from logo to typography to color
- A scalable system prepared for future growth (e.g. website, ads, merch)

Client Feedback
